Terraform for SMS OTP and Resend SMTP into Supabase, plus branded MJML templates. Phone delivery is not currently healthy.

The Haute API sends customer mail through Resend. A confirmation goes out when an order is placed. A delivery message goes out when kitchen staff move a day, including a cancelled delivery. Auth email OTP is separate and still goes out through Resend.
